DOS: Complete the registration form  

TRES:  Print the form out, include your check or money order and mail it as indicated on the form.  We are happy to accept credit cards again. If you'd like to pay by credit card, please give us a call on 301-390-5559.  

You will receive confirmation of your registration once the materials have been received in our office.
